Adapted from Ina Garten's Capellini with Tomatoes and Basil
I saw this on Ina Garten's show and had to make it. Why? It combines all my favorite things, fresh basil, angel hair, tomatoes, red pepper flakes, etc., etc. I made it once for my family, but was not thoroughly impressed with the results, so instead I made a few quick changes to create a dish I could be happy with.
